A certified yoga and pilates teacher, culinary nutritionist, and wellness educator focused on helping people recover from burnout and rediscover joy in their bodies and lives.

My approach is guided by what I call the 3 M’s:
Movement for strength and vitality,
Mindfulness for nervous system healing and presence, and
Meaning to reconnect you with your purpose, identity, and joy.

I created this work from lived experience. After facing chronic pain, emotional exhaustion, and years of pushing through life in survival mode, I realized true wellness isn’t about perfection or discipline. It’s about building a relationship with yourself that feels sustainable, supportive, and honest.

Through a blend of embodied practices, nervous system education, and accessible rituals, I help people create space to feel strong in their bodies, grounded in their minds, and reconnected to what matters most.

Whether you’re new to wellness or returning after a difficult chapter, my work meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity, care, and a sense of meaning.
