A yoga mat or blanket, pillows/bolsters, and a quiet space. I’ll also share links to oils and props if you’d like to recreate the full sensory experience at home.

How long are the sessions?
Each private session is 60 minutes.

How long are packages valid?
All packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
